COMPANY STRUCTURE

Hawthorn has over 90 employees across the Head Office and London Office and is still owned and managed by its founder, Martin Hawthorn, assisted by the General Manager, Simon Wood.

There are three main sections of the business, Production Solutions, Hire & Sales and Installations. These specialist teams are all staffed by full time permanent staff with a wealth of industry experience, so we can be sure that we provide consistency and continuity, as well as a high level of service to our clients.

All areas of the business are then supported by our operations team who are split into the following departments:

  • Effects
  • Drapes
  • Distro/Cables
  • Workshop
  • Despatch
  • Accounts and Administration

Our people are our biggest asset and we are very proud of our staff retention rate. Where possible we always promote from within - for example, several of our current senior Project Managers joined us as junior technicians and have "worked their way up".
