BP Chemicals wanted Hawthorn to create a totally different look to the whole event. The marquee structure also had to be used for other events such as an exhibition and small conference.

HAWTHORN'S SOLUTION

We decided to install a selection of lycra sails and move the entire stage to one end of the marquee, this provided a focal point to the whole structure. We also designed a stage system which accommodated both the awards ceremony and the jazz swing band that played into the evening.
